(Addendum to Lease Agreement)

This is agreement amends, is incorporated into, and forms a part of the Lease Agreement of the above named Tenant for the referenced premises.

Timely Payment

All automatic deductions will be initiated for each lease installment period on the due date throughout the term of the Lease Agreement unless sooner terminated.

Insufficient Payment

Any transaction returned due to insufficient funds shall be subject to the terms set forth in the Lease Agreement, including and not limited to legal costs, late payment penalties, insufficient funds charges and any other penalties.

Notice to Change

Tenant agrees to deliver a written thirty (30) day notice of any account changes or closings. Failure to provide such notice will result in an assessment of $25.00 immediately payable by the Tenant.

Notice to Cancel

This authorization will remain in effect until you submit thirty (30) days written notice to the Owner to cancel.

Tenant, as an authorized signor on the following account, authorizes myHomeSpot.com, LLC, its successors and assigns, and the institution to initiate withdrawals from the designated bank account for any funds payable in behalf of Tenant.

*Please note that one-time payments do require a small convenience fee (users required to pay all credit card processing fees) and you agree that all payments are non-refundable and not subject to any charge-backs as services are fully provided at time of payment.

**E-Payment is an automated check drafting service provided as a courtesy and without cost to users of the firm. Users must allow 30 days for activation and cancellation with notice in writing. Price, terms and availability may be amended without notice. All returned items are subject to a minimum of a $40 return fee and the maximum allowed by Florida law.
