This letter is notifying you of our intention for our Lease Agreement:

I/We intend to VACATE the property by the Lease Agreement "Termination Date" and no renewal is authorized. This notice (if delivered within thirty days prior to termination of Lease agreement) shall serve as my official intent.
We understand that we are responsible for paying rent through the end of the notice period called for in the Rental Agreement or until another Tenant approved by the management has moved in, whichever comes first.

In accordance with our Lease Agreement, authorization is granted to management to install a lock box for the purpose of showing our dwelling to Prospective tenants at any and all reasonable times with only a phone call prior to entry. In the event no person is present, entry is authorized.

Tenant is advised to review the "Move-Out Instructions" and understands that all utilities must be connected to perform the final inspection. A final statement will be prepared itemizing any claim against the deposit or a full refund will occur within thirty (30) days of the lease agreement expiration.

I/We intend to vacate prior to the scheduled termination date of our Lease Agreement. (Any unauthorized pre-mature termination requires the Tenant seek legal counsel regarding their individual rights and responsibilities.)
