Applicant
hereby authorizes verification of any and all information set forth
on this Application, including release of information by any bank,
S&L, Credit Union or Bureau, Lender, or Employer (former or present). All
such information hereon, and released as authorizes above will be
kept confidential.
APPLICANT
REPRESENTS THAT THE INFORMATION SET FORTH ON THIS APPLICATION IS
TRUE AND COMPLETE
This signature must be that of the individual
"signing" this document electronically or be made
with the full knowledge and permission of the
individual, otherwise it constitutes forgery
under Georgia Statutes.
Material
misstatements or representations on this Application will constitute
a default under the Lease or Rental Agreement between the Parties. Applicant
has reviewed the Application Acceptance Policy and Instructions posted
and submits this Application for consideration. Applicant understands
that there is a NON-REFUNDABLE Application Processing
Fee of $50;
the Security Deposit given by applicant herewith is REFUNDABLE less
the fee, only if this Application is NOT accepted. Unless
the Security Deposit is paid, the unit shall not be
reserved for Applicant. It is agreed
that if for any reason this agreement is not fulfilled and a lease
not initiated, the entire Security Deposit will be forfeited. All employees/contractors will comply with state and
federal laws to provide equal housing to all prospects and residents. The
application requirements may be subject to change from time to time
in compliance with state and federal laws deemed necessary. Each
employee/contractor is required to keep abreast of fair housing issues
and notify the appropriate persons for policy changes that may need
correction in an effort to comply with the Fair Housing Act.
