When you refer an owner to us we will pay you 20% of all the revenue generated from the management services provided to the client for the entire duration of the client's contract.  For example, if a client owns two average sized single family rental properties producing a total of $5,000 in revenue for myHomeSpot.com per year, your company would receive $1,000 in total monthly payments throughout the course of that year.  If you refer 5 clients to us, each of which has two rentals, you would earn approximately $5,000 annually.  If your client stays with us for years then those revenues will continue to increase as rent rates increase.
