We have created an online system that allows tenants to request maintenance and this request is immediately sent to the property owner for approval. The landlord can then approve the work in real time for an assignment by our service department. The tenant is then sent the preferred vendor contact information and repair authorization. Our service department will then follow up to make sure the repair issue is resolved to the tenant’s satisfaction and we will rate the vendor’s performance.
